Zeroscrap, founded by Francesco Petrillo, has developed advanced machinery that separates grape pomace starting from a moisture content between 60% and 70%, bringing it to a rate of less than 5% at the end of processing through a low-temperature drying process, thus preserving the active ingredients and ensuring greater value to the by-products.
